Shipping & Return policies

Shipping

Items will be shipped via USPS according to the options you select during checkout. We will package and ship items as soon as possible once orders are received. Please keep in mind we are a working farm and we may not always be able to provide next-day service, but we will strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. In the event of items being out of stock or delays in shipping, we will contact you at the email address you provide during checkout.

Returns

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Returns should be mailed to the address listed on the Contact page.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price minus the cost of shipping and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

For syrups that have been opened, please inform us of the reason for your return if you suspect a quality issue. We reserve the right to examine returned syrup and determine if you are entitled to a return.

We will refund shipping only in cases where items are deffective or syrup quality is substandard.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
