Mushrooms grown on hardwood logs

We produce shiitake mushrooms in the forest on hardwood logs. Depending on weather, shiitake's are typicaly harvested from May until September. Whenever available, we offer them for sale at local farmers markets or directly at the farm. Contact us for more info.
