A collaboration with Troddenvale Cidery in Bath County VA.
A blend of pure Virginia maple syrup and our tart apple cider syrup made with our friends at Troddenvale Cidery. They press local apples and bring the fresh juice to Tonoloway Farm where we boil it in our wood-fired evaporator, concentrating the sugars and flavors into pure cider syrup. Blended with maple syrup, it has a lovely balance of maple and apple flavors, making a wonderful pancake, waffle or desert topping for apple lovers.

Refills: We sell our syrup in glass bottles with hang tags instead of sticky labels. This allows you to reuse the bottle, or bring it to us at the RVA Big Market (Richmond) or Staunton farmer’s markets where we offer a $1 discount for returning your bottle.
